Returns (If Applicable)
At Wovenery by Sindira, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Since each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You have received a damaged product.
- You have received an incorrect size or a different product than the one ordered.
To request a return, please email us at wovenery.india@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Kindly include:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product
- A parcel opening video (mandatory) showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
Please note: Return requests without a parcel opening video cannot be processed, as this is required to verify transit-related damages or packing errors.
Our team will review your request and respond at the earliest.
Please Note
- As every garment is made to order, returns are accepted only in case of a damaged product or if an incorrect size/product has been sent by us.
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Products purchased during Sale, Discount Offers, or Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 10–15 working days, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
As every Sindira garment is handcrafted using traditional textiles and artisan techniques, slight variations in hand block prints, weaving, dyeing, print placement, texture, and colour are natural characteristics of handmade products. These are not defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In Case of Exchange
If you wish to exchange your garment for a different size, please write to wovenery.india@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please mention:
- Your Order ID
- The size you wish to exchange for
Our team will confirm the availability of the requested size before proceeding.

- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- A reverse shipping charge of ₹150 will be applicable for all exchanges.
- Products purchased during Sale, Discount Offers, or Clearance are not eligible for exchange.
International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- International shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination and order weight.
- These charges will be shared and collected after the order is placed, and are not included during website checkout.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- International orders generally take 10–20 working days to prepare and dispatch.
- Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
Order Cancellation
To cancel or modify an order, please write to wovenery.india@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
As every Sindira garment is handcrafted and made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun .
